The house is a massive two-storey building. On the first level, there is traditional style tavern with a small kitchenette and an open terrace in front of the room. The second level is reached by one-shoulder external concrete staircase and there are two bedrooms with separate bathroom and a fully glazed terrace. There is also a large attic space, used for storage.
The property has water and electricity. Different types of trees have been planted - walnuts, prunes, and hazelnuts.
Access is provided along a dirt road along the river - deviation from the main asphalt road. Next there are other habitable and new buildings.
